Shipping Costs

  • Free Global Shipping on orders over 70 AUD.
  • A shipping fee of 10 AUD applies to orders under 70 AUD.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing times may extend during holidays or due to high demand.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided once your order is placed. Please note, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to potential delays from the shipping providers or customs clearance (for international orders).

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping. However, customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to track your package’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.
